• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or rate limits.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify us immediately of any breach of security.
• Termination: We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be charged based on your jurisdiction.

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Graond Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the services. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graond Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services or your violation of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
