Welcome to Graond (https://graond.com). Graond is an independent digital software studio developing and publishing proprietary applications across desktop, web, browser extensions, and mobile platforms. Graond is operated by Imran as a sole proprietorship based in Dhaka, Bangladesh ("Graond", "we", "us", or "our"). While these Terms of Service govern https://graond.com and general studio operations, individual commercial products hosted on dedicated product websites or subdomains may publish their own product-specific Terms of Service, End User License Agreements (EULA), and pricing tiers. By accessing our websites or using any Graond software product, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

General studio billing and licensing terms across Graond products:

• Payment Processing: When you purchase a license or subscription for any commercial Graond product, your transaction is processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited (or its applicable regional subsidiary), and your billing statement will reference PADDLE.NET*GRAOND or the specific product name.
• Product-Specific Pricing & Licensing Models: Because Graond builds diverse software products, each product defines its own pricing, currency, and licensing structure (such as free tiers, one-time perpetual licenses, annual licenses, or recurring subscriptions) directly on its dedicated product website prior to checkout.
• Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal: One-time perpetual licenses are billed once upfront and never auto-renew. Where a product tier is sold as a recurring subscription, it is billed in advance on the stated cycle and renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Taxes & VAT: Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle.com at checkout based on your billing location.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future recurring billing cycles with at least 30 days prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Graond website, all Graond software products, and all associated source code, designs, trademarks, and documentation belong exclusively to Graond (Imran). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, any applicable product-specific EULA, and payment of applicable fees, Graond grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software in accordance with the plan tier and seat allowance specified on the product’s website at the time of purchase.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any Graond application.
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing license keys or authenticated account access to unauthorized third parties beyond your purchased seat allowance.
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass any license verification, device seat limits, DRM, security controls, or rate limits.
• Reproducing, scraping, or copying any proprietary design or code assets to build a competing product.

Certain features of Graond products require an account or valid license key (or offline-capable local configuration). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and license keys and for all activity occurring under your license.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and billing information.
• Security Notification: You must notify us immediately at support@graond.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or license key.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke license access if these Terms are violated or fraudulent activity/chargeback abuse is detected.

You agree not to misuse Graond websites or applications for any unlawful or harmful purpose. You may not transmit malware, interfere with our servers or networks, perform automated abuse against our APIs, or infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and software purchases. In accordance with our Refund Policy, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by contacting us at support@graond.com or by reaching out directly to our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

All Graond websites, products, and applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we engineer our software to high reliability standards, we do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graond and its proprietor (Imran) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence or Paddle.com’s buyer terms apply.
