Subscription Model & Billing

Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate.

  • Billing Cycle: You will be charged on the same day each month (the anniversary of your start date).
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
  • Immediate Access: Payment provides immediate access to premium features and infrastructure.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid the next month’s charge, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellation must be performed via your account settings dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Post-Cancellation Access: Following cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate availability of resources upon payment, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

We do, however, consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a confirmed technical error on our part prevented you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Duplicate Billing: In cases where a system error resulted in multiple charges for the same billing cycle.
  • Statutory Rights: Your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are respected at all times.

Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of your initial sign-up to change your mind. However, please note that by accessing the subscription services immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting the service to start within the cancellation period and you lose the right to a refund for the period used.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team is considered a breach of our terms. Such actions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to all Graond services.
